Not able to use set up email with gmail

Hi my email was working properly with Metabase using Gmail SMTP service. We enforced 2 factor authentication and also upgraded Metabase to the latest version. Post that I found the security status changed from STARTTLS to None.

When I am trying to change it back to STARTTLS it shows me the error of wrong username and password even though the credentials are correct.

Can anyone please help me with this?
