Not receiving password reset emails

Having an issue where we're not receiving an email for the password reset link. Haven't had this issue before, so wondering what may be causing it?

So I just tried sending an invite to a user, but that also isn't working. I was able to send out invites last week, but it seems like an invite I sent out yesterday was also never received. Any help would be much appreciated!

Your SMTP is either not working or is getting caught in spam.
