I created "no-self-service" access for specific reports for each user. However, in user access, they can edit DashBoards, they can edit the columns and display formats that I set up in the reports.
How do I fix this and not allow this user to edit anything, not even the way he sees the results? I just need him to come in and see the results of the reports that have been put together.

There are a couple components to permissions.
What you’ve done with no-self-service is managing data permissions.
Take a look at collections permissions which users can be granted View access to a collection of dashboards and questions.
