Pivot Table still lacking basic editing capabilities

I would like to address the issue that Pivot Tables lack basic editing capabilities.
For Example: Column and Row width or height adjustments.
Currently having an issue where a product name column does not display the entire product name on a pivot table. Would like to hear your thoughts or comments.
