I’m not sure what you’re asking. I don’t understand your term “plugin” ?
Could you explain in more detail?
It sounds like you want to use Public Sharing or Embedding, but if you want to be able to integrate the full Metabase application (with the ability to update/create questions) into another website, then that’s only available in the Enterprise Edition with FullAppEmbedding
