Our stack(DBT, Snowflake, Metabase, posthog, Airbyte) is well setup and runs very consistently. This role is really going to be about analysis. We need to turn our data into product decisions and company vision. You will be the driver of this.
You'll be working with everyone at the company and will have a large say on what we work on where our business points. You'll figure out what to measure, what it's telling us, and where the gaps are. You'll work enhance our content targeting and data personalization tooling. You get to work with some excellent developers on the technical side.
If you love ELT pipelines, spinning up infra, or managing massive amounts of data... this is not the job for you. That stuff is relatively stable. This position is all about the analysis and the application of that analysis.
