Public Dashboards Timeout (works when logged in)

Hey Metabase Forum! I am trying to view a public dashboard link, but the link always times out. The dashboard works completely fine when logged in. I’m using the most recent version of metabase on AWS Elasticbeanstalk. How can I fix this?

Edit: I tried chrome and firefox, same results in both
Second edit: The database is PostgreSQL 10.6 on AWS RDS

Please post “Diagnostic Info” from Admin > Troubleshooting.
And do you see any warnings/errors in the log, when it’s timing out? Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs
Are you new to Metabase or did it used to work with a previous version (which)?
