I am running Metabase on Google Chrome. I have scheduled pulse reports for 8am IST but the reports are getting delivered at 2pm IST. Even when the timezone mentioned is IST. Can you please let me know what can be a possible reason?
Not sure I precisely can tell you what’s going wrong for a pulse - but the 
Troubleshooting Guide has a section on time zones, though mostly related to return of wrong query results:
