Queries (questions in dashboard) start running while changing a filter

Hey team,
Thanks for the great product!

We are facing this issue recently - While changing a filter on a dashboard, we remove the already applied filter first and then select another one. But, as soon as we remove older value in filter, questions in a dashboard starts refreshing and when another value is selected, again is starts refreshing. But, due to earlier refresh (when older value was unselected), dashboard shows data for no-filter applied and it creates confusion.
Can a refresh button be added to avoid this ?
