Questions in sub-collections cannot be used as starting data?

I saved some question into sub-collection (which is inside main collection) and I want to use it as "starting data" for other question. But only main collections are visible in dialog window, is this expected behavior ? Currently running on v0.38.0

You are likely seeing this issue, so the sub-collection is shown at top-level instead:

There are several changes coming to how Saved Questions and collection organization is done in upcoming releases (0.38.x, 0.39 and 0.40). Latest release is 0.38.2
