Recent changes don't allow pressing ENTER to apply changes

We have a user lookup dashboard setup to find user ID's/other info about a user.

Previously we were able to input a new email and press ENTER to lookup a user, Now that no longer works and you must press ENTER when you input a new email, then click "Apply" or refresh the page which adds extra steps that accumulate over the course of the week.

Please allow for pressing ENTER to search for new emails/input.

Is that a dashboard with an Action? I don't remember seeing an Apply button like that.

Is this an embedded dashboard?

What version of Metabase?

EDIT: Also check "Edit settings" under the hamburger/3-dot menu on the right and make sure 'Auto-apply filters' is checked. There's another post here with a similar problem (and has the same Apply button).
