Are there any known limits to the number of emails that can be added to a dashboard subscription in Metabase? I am trying to send to 128 emails, and some recipients are not receiving it.

Thats a weird case! Many emails hehe could be some dashboard are failing to render? What does the log say when you send a test email? and what version of metabase are you running?
Did you try setting up a group email?
