I am trying to get an understanding how refresh schedule works for saved questions. Is there a way to set it up?
For dashboards we are having option like this
Similarly are we having any for saved questions? or how does this work

The "Auto-refresh" is just a frontend function that basically does similar to hitting refresh in your browser.
There's no way of refreshing saved questions on a schedule, but there's such functionality for Models: https://www.metabase.com/docs/latest/data-modeling/models#model-caching
