HTTP error 400 Invalid SNI when upgrading from 0.45.3 to 0.46.0

I tried the following: Changing proxy_set_header Host from $host to $proxy_host, so that metabase1.internaldomain.com is passed as host to Metabase instead of metabase.publicdomain.com.
