Report > Revert to a previous version does not seem to work

I ve a report which a would like to revert. What I remember the only thing I did is to move the report from one map to another map..(before i remamed it). Now the report does not seem to work anymore..?? > see printscreen for the "revision history".
How do I solve this?

Post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
Check the log for more detailed error - Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs.
