We have observed that in the sandboxed dashboard versions, some of the widgets suddenly stop showing values.
What could be the possible reason and resolution ?

If you are an Enterprise customer, then please use the support email.
It's not possible to know what the problem is without seeing the full stacktrace from Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs. And also include "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
