When I set a chart's click behavior to jump to another dashboard, I'm able to send to that dashboard the terms of the field filters of the chart I clicked on. Besides sending the categories, can I send a date value too?

It doesn't really make sense, since a Field Filter doesn't have any data, it's a filter variable. You define the value in a filter widget, which you can pass along to custom destinations.
