Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal stakeholders to support effective business decision-making
Create scalable reports and dashboards to assist in sales forecasting in order to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership
Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
Provide and assist with ad hoc reporting, queries, analysis and modeling, as needed
Compensation
Create scalable models to develop target setting and calculating bonus payouts
Manage reporting and ongoing analysis around sales attainment and payout results in order to identify trends and insights driving business decisions
Identify and resolve target/credit/commission related inquiries, flagging common trends to implement long term solutions
Perform detailed audit of commissions prior to release of payments to ensure data integrity and accuracy of plan calculations
What Are We Looking For
3-5 years’ professional experience; experience in forecasting and revenue reporting at an enterprise level (media experience a plus)
Confident and eager to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate accountability and ownership of tasks and processes
Must work well in a matrixed work environment and be flexible and open to change
Technical Requirements
Experience working with databases and tools with proficiency in SQL and advanced Google Sheets capabilities (or capacity / willingness to learn)
Experience with Salesforce a plus
Excellent hands-on analytical skills; Troubleshooting abilities and providing quality assurance; experience with BI tools (Metabase) for data exploration and communication
