Senior People Analytics Analyst

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop and manage KPIs and data dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
  • Oversee automation efforts and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
  • Act as a key liaison between the People Analytics team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of analytics initiatives.
  • Manage data analysis efforts to inform strategic HR decisions, providing insights that drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of processes for transparency and consistency across analytics practices.
  • Stay up to date with people analytics trends to ensure the company remains aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide constructive feedback, improving team processes and performance.
  • Take ownership of deliverables, consistently meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple projects and change initiatives.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Significant experience in People Analytics or a related field, with a focus on data reporting and analysis, ideally within HR.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, with Workday being a significant plus.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate a team to deliver impactful insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases, along with Python or other scripting languages; basic knowledge of Data Engineering is highly beneficial.
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities, with experience in BI tools (Google Data Studio and/or Metabase preferred).
  • Excellent project and change management skills, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
