Responsibilities
- Work with product managers and commercial partners to identify factors affecting product / feature performance and growth; define KPIs, success metrics etc. to track product performance by deconstructing product strategy, goals and value propositions
- Provide analytics support to product initiatives in your associated business functions by 1) planning and driving experiments with your PM; 2) capturing hypothesis & assumption and building tracking/analytics strategy aligned with product vision and roadmap; 3) providing required insights through automated reports and dashboards using self-service tools
- Understand end to end funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products
- Identify factors affecting product performance and growth, derive meaningful insights to guide to better product and decision making
- Identify the opportunities most important for growth, to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization, and partner with the PM for prioritization
- Communicate the state of business, experiment results, opportunities, etc. to product teams, and Influence and inform product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations
Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-time work experience in an analytics related role, preferably in growth field
- Strong experience in leveraging SQL for analytics
- Experience building self-service analytics dashboards such as Metabase, Data Studio etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to break down problems and come up with logical and feasible solutions
- Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings to relevant stakeholders with effective written and oral communication skills
- A team player that enjoys working with a diverse team and delivering measurable results
