Show all values on x axis even when associated y value is equal to 0

Hi,

I have a bar chart on which I would like have all values on the x axis even when the associated y value (# number of lines in a table) is equal to 0. I have the impression that sometimes, quite randomly, this is the case and sometimes not. Is there a way to control this ?

Please post “Diagnostic Info” from Admin > Troubleshooting.
I cannot reproduce, so please provide a sample - preferably using Sample Dataset.
