Sql question - table filter

I have sql question. The output is in table format. When the table displays the title column does not have filter. It only has “formatting” - When I have question or custom question, the output table’s header column has several columns (such as filter, format, distinct, sorting etc. - Like Excel sheet).

Is there a way to get same options in SQL question?
