I'm getting the following error message when trying to sync an email
Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again. Error: : Exception reading response: Read timed out
There's no "sync" with email. Metabase can use SMTP to send emails.
It is likely caused by a firewall or antivirus blocking Metabase from communicating via SMTP.
But if you are using smtp.office365.com then it's an error somewhere in their setup:

From what I understand, this problem may be related to something in the targeting that microsoft is using, is that right?
I made sure that the settings are correct and all are in accordance with the default
@Mauricio-Gazato The problem is something on Microsoft. They must have changed something. It works for some, but not for others, so it must be something account specific.
