Table doesn't show up when trying to create model

I have a table that is used in a variety of dashboard cards already, so i know that there is no issue with permissions or connections.

Re-scanning & refreshing cache have no effect (although I wouldn't expect them to; this table is not new)
The table is not hidden. (checked in Admin Settings)

What would cause a table to not show up to be able to create a model from? This is a critical table in our dashboards, and our stakeholders want drilldowns.

I see this question is repeated here multiple times but nobody ever gets their question answered. Can someone from Metabase let us know what the criteria are, or maybe point us to documentation, that would block a table from being used in a Model?

You're saying this table is used in a variety of dashboards. So you're creating a question from this Table and then adding it to a dashboard right?

If the table is available then it should be available in the Model. Can you share some screenshots of your experience or better a screen recording?
