The result of dividing SUM aggregation and CumulativeSum aggregation does not work as expected.
Is there something wrong with the method or the setting of the calculation formula?

Are you tried to do this function in a new step after this calc?
Try this: Summarize 1: create Sales Volume and Cumulative. Summarize 2: makes a division.
Metabase do the calcs row by row, maybe this is causes problem in your table.
I was able to make a cumulativesum work properly with a pivot on Metabase 57. I suspect the problem the OP was having has been solved in the interim.
