The visualisation cards in a dashboard are missing

Hi Metabase suport,

Initially we have the visualisation cards saved in this dashboard. Apparently, the visualisation cards in this dashboard are gone.

As we can see in the history, we did not delete nor archive any cards in the dashboard.

The question that pulls in the data from Snowflake using a bit of SQL is also still there and works.

So, I assume the issue is from the to the visualisation cards because the base table that built that questions are there.

Do you know why that is the case?

When did this happen or how?

We were just aware of this issue yesterday.
When we opened the dashboard, we saw nothing. Normally, we saw around 12 cards there. The last time I and my colleague saw the cards was in Tuesday 13th June.

However, the question which was written in SQL was still visible in the "Our analytics" folder.

Did you delete the questions?

No, the question still exists in Out analytics folder. I'm not sure if I need to share the link also here.

Any resolution whether this was caused by a defect, and if so how this was triggered and how to fix it?

Clients use dashboards operationally, so we’d love to know how to avoid/fix this issue if it occurs for us.

No, there is no resolution and I still have no idea how this was triggered.
