Trend percentage incease or decrease

Hi all !
I would like to know how to add the percentage up or down compared to the numbers the month before for example. I can't find anywhere how to add this to my question.

Then you need to change the grouping from weeks to months on the question.
It's currently not possible to change that directly on the dashboard. There's a request open for that:
