Trend Precentage Wrong When Dealing with Negative Numbers

As shown below, the percentage seems to be a little off when dealing with negative numbers. I applied this logic to other questions, and it works beautifully. However, for this specific question, it returns a wrong percentage value. (It should be 235% drop instead of 70% drop). Please assist.
