We have a metabase cloud account with site URL and the data setup. But when we login to it, it says "Something went wrong" and redirects to metabase homepage.
We have not changed the site URL nor made any updates.

You'll need to contact support@metabase.com from the email used for creating the Metabase Cloud instance originally. Your instance has likely been suspended because lack of payment.
