I'm using the cloud-hosted version of Metabase (https://eucalyptus.metabaseapp.com/), and saw this error for a 45 minute period for any and all pages:
From ~9:30am 10/06/21 to ~10:15am 10/06/21 AET.
I can't see any notification of this downtime in https://status.metabase.com/, nor could we locate any points of contact for support assistance.
Could you please advise on why this occurred and the appropriate means of raising an incident with your support in the future?
There was an outage yesterday for about 50 minutes distributed across all instances.
We will update our status page in a short while with more information: https://status.metabase.com/
And we will do a post-mortem internally to make sure such outages are prevented and handled better in terms of communication to status page.
