User limit in OSS Metabase install

We are currently using the Open Source version of Metabase, version 0.41.6. We have right around 50 user accounts on the system; when new users attempt to join, they see an error message that we've reached the maximum number of users given our license, and cannot create an account.

Consulting the pricing page, I don't see any indication that the number of users allowed on the OSS version is limited. Is this restriction documented anywhere?

There no limits on the free open source edition - there isn't any limits on the Pro/Enterprise editions either.

Since you are self-hosting Metabase, then that error can only comes from something else. I'm guessing that it's likely coming from Cloudflare or some other service you're using.

Post "Diagnostic Info" from Admin > Troubleshooting.
Post a screenshot of the error, and copy the full error from Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs.

Thanks very much for the confirmation. Makes perfect sense that this would be a Cloudflare issue.
