User logs out automatically

Our dashboard runs in Opera, 24 hours a day. Windows 7 Client. The Dashboard runs in Full-Screen Mode and automatic update every 5 minutes. Exactly every 14 days the current user logged out from Metabase and Metabase sees in the logon window. User logs in again and the dashboard can be restarted. Does anyone have an idea why?

The login cookie expires after 14 days.
Better approach is to share/publish the dashboard, then view it using the shared address. You lose some of the interactivity, but doesn’t sound like that’s an issue for you.
