Users can not see or edit other's dashboard subscriptions

We are using Metabase 0.45.2 on prem version. Our users can not see or edit the dashboard subscriptions created by other users. Only Admin can see all subscriptions. We can not provide normal users admin access. Is this a bug? Is there any workaround?

We removed the user's access to other users' subscriptions as it could create security loopholes.

Users can still unsubscribe from other subscriptions on /account/notifications

@arakaki Is there a way to set up subscriptions so that multiple people can manage them?
