Metabase says that it shows max rows limitation 2000 and option to edit the row limits. If I edit the row limit to 20000 rows . what about the visualization ??
Whether the visualization displays for default rows or displays the 20000 rows which I chose.

The limit is of the rows, no matter if it is a Table or Bar or another basic visualization. There are certain other limitations on graphical visualizations, like maximum 100 series. Those are put in place to avoid high CPU load on the browser.
