Want to change site URL for existing metabase instance

Hey, I have been using metabase for 2 months now and I have made some very useful dashboards and questions that I don't want to lose. I use On Prem free version of Metabase. Also I haven't migrated my H2 database to MySQL.

I wanted to change the site URL for metabase. I wanted to ask if I change my URL name from here would it cause any trouble? or for this purpose can I know the correct method?

You can migrate away from H2: https://www.metabase.com/docs/latest/operations-guide/migrating-from-h2.html
Make sure the Site URL matches how you actually access Metabase, otherwise it will cause problems.
