Where do I find the Plugins download?

I took over a Metabase installation and need to move it to a new server and update to a new version of Metabase. Where do I find the plugins to download? I have the metabase.jar file.

The plugins/ directory is generated on first run and updated automatically when Metabase is updated. If you need to add support for external or third-party database drivers, download and place the files in that directory.
