Where do you change the page title?

Installation: open-source / self-hosted community edition.

I've configured a title for my site:

However, the page title (ie, what's seen in the browser tab in a web browser) is 'Metabase'. The expected HTML meta tag can be viewed in dev tools:

Is there a way to customise this ... and change the icon, too?

No, sorry. It's a configurable option in the paid plans. I noticed it showed up when we moved to Pro a couple of months back. Site name, logo, colour scheme and favicon are all configurable from the Appearance tab in Pro Admin.
