To Get the Excel or CSV file from the Dashboard using API , we need to pass the ID of the Dashboard , where I can see the ID of the Dashboard

I don't understand your question. Are you using the API?
The best way to learn the API, is to just use Metabase while having your browser developer Network-tab open and looking at the request, and what data is being send/received.
