Why wont my external link work?

Hi!

I created a public link for one of my dashboards: http://172.31.40.249/public/dashboard/2ea262e6-1b4e-46b8-bd85-c95501989180

However, it wont work, not sure why - link redirects to broken url. I am an admin, and have set up public link sharing on.

I also tried setting up public link sharing for one specific question in the dashboard: http://172.31.40.249/public/question/0544babc-4856-4e73-b698-89454bb7f139

But that did not work either.

Any help, very appreciated!

Because that is a local IP address. Make sure that Site URL is correct in Admin > Settings > General.
