Forget my password

I have forgotten my password. I install it from “OTHERS PLATFORM” (WIN10)

Once I write my email and click in: forget my pasword", a fail notice appears: PLEASE CONTACT AN ADMINISTRATOR TO HAVE THEM RESET YOUR PASSWORD"

Please, HELP
