Pivot table seems to have incorrect row count

We have a pivot table question with 10 distinct groups in the rows and 10 distinct groups in the columns but metabase says in the bottom right corner “Showing 100 rows”, which is incorrect. Can metabase be configured to report the correct row count for a pivot table?
