Prepend Query Data

I go through the below Url, In which mentioned for all Questions/Query some metadata is stored.

I saw the QUERY and QUERY_EXECUTION table where i did not see this types of metadata which is mentioned in the above url? I think, I am missing some settings or i am checking wrong tables for this metadata .Could anyone Please help me ?
