How to select data from two (or more) tables to create a dashboard?
And yet, how to filter the dashboard by columns of these two tables?

I’m not sure I understand.
Are you having difficulty with making a question, where data comes from different tables? Are you doing Custom Query or Native Query?
You should be able to filter data from linked tables, but you need to create entity keys and foreign keys in Data Model to link tables together.
Can you provide steps to reproduce your issue - or screenshots.
