Show sum of groups (and % of the sum) for a question with grouped results?

I have a question where I’m grouping the results by a field. This works great.

I have two questions:

  1. How to show the sum of the groups as well as the individual groups as part of the same question? (I know how to create two separate questions and combine the results in a dashboard; I’m wondering if this is possible to do within the same questions.)
  2. How to show the groups as percentages of the sum as part of the same question? (I’ve created a separate topic on how to show one question as a percent of another question in a dashboard; here I’m wondering if it’s possible within the same question.)
