Tables list not properly displayed in field filter

Please compare my screenshots:

Just in case, the upper black area is the Standard Chrome favorites bar.
On both cases, I've scrolled the tables list to the upper end. But, for some reason, the search box isn't displayed in one case, and shows up in the other. I just don't know what do I do to fix it - I just keep reopening the field until I get it working.

Any ideas?
