Pulse and Dashboard subscriptions are not working

When I setup the pluse or Dashboard subscriptions, the emails will not be sent automatically by daily.
However, I receive the email when I select Send email now.
I check the timezone with metabase and server many times, but everything is ok.

my metabase version is 0.38.1

Hi @allen
Please post “Diagnostic Info” from Admin > Troubleshooting.
Do you see log activity, when the pulses are supposed to be sent? Admin > Troubleshooting > Logs.

Thanks for your reply.
There are many logs in Trobleshooting logs, but I can’t find any logs about ‘pulses’ even if I select the Send email now
could you tell me what string patterns that I can find the pulses logs or what setting I should buidl for metabase.

  1. Please post “Diagnostic Info” from Admin > Troubleshooting.
  2. Try searching for metabase.task.send-pulses or metabase.email or metabase.pulse in the logs.

You might be seeing one of these issues, but it’s hard to tell with so little information.
